Your enquiry details

When you send an enquiry, the form gives us your name, phone number, email, postcode and whatever you tell us about the garden. They are used to reply to you, book a time to look at the garden and write up a quote. There are no accounts or logins on this site.

Legal basis and keeping data

We process your details because you asked us to take steps before a possible contract, and because answering enquiries is a legitimate interest of ours. We delete enquiry details no later than 24 months after your last contact.

Who sees your enquiry

To handle your enquiry, we share your details with the tradesperson who carries out the work.

Form provider

The form is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), a US company, and loads from api.leadconnectorhq.com. It keeps and handles enquiries on our behalf as a processor, which may involve a transfer of your details to the United States covered by HighLevel's data processing safeguards. As the form opens it picks up standard technical data, including your IP address and browser type. To work, it sets a security cookie (__cf_bm) and a little local storage, which also notes the page you enquired from, and it runs Cloudflare Turnstile as a bot check. You can clear this data in your browser settings.

Where the site is hosted

Our hosting is with Cloudflare, which uses technical details like your IP address to send you the pages and guard the site against attacks. No analytics tools, adverts or tracking cookies are used on this site.
